My name is Sally Higgins, I grew up in Western Australia’s wheatbelt (give or take a few years) and studied in Perth.
Then I left – first to Canberra where I worked for the then Foreign Minister, then to the Australian Embassy in Santiago de Chile, the Embassy in Vietnam and then back to Perth where I started my career in events.
I worked for the World Rally Championship in Perth and then Japan (Hokkaido), came back to Perth and worked for everyone’s favourite football team Perth Glory. Left that to join Justin Hunt at the Australasian Safari where I got to spend a lot of time in the outback and then went across the city to help Claire Parker set up Project3. I met a French man in Argentina while I was working in Japan and tried to call France home. France was great, the going too tough, but I made some good contacts. Now I travel and work mostly in the middle east and India. Or did until Covid-19 hit and now, who knows? The future is a mystery.

My brother is a farmer and stayed in the wheatbelt and my sister who is the clever one, is a poo specialist, more formally known as an epidemiologist.
Is that too much information? We’ll see.
Collaboration
While I’ve done most of the work on the website myself, for schemes and dreams I’ve got Kathy Johnston from Hillicreative, online marketer extraordinaire, sophisticate, and interesting person. She has provided blogging guidelines, content advice and useful links to third parties. Check out her website.
SiteGround
I use Site Ground as the website host. I started with another and migrated across because SiteGround is more responsive, has both US and non-US based call centres and fast and comforting support for dummies. Click here, or on the tile on the right hand sidebar to get more info.
