Snapshot: Dubai Fish Markets
A visit to the Dubai Fish Markets requires an early morning start. The alarm went off at 3.30am and I was picked up at 4am, then met up with the others down at The Creek just before 5am. Last Saturday’s mission was to stock up on cheese at the markets in the main square of Montbrison. Montbrison has its own ‘fourme’ which is a medium – not hard not soft - blue cheese.
